Our monthly meetings will be held in the auditorium of the Virginia Beach Central Library,4100 Virginia Beach Blvd
beginning at 7 pm. Two hour certificates are given free to PFCEEA members, $10 cash for non-members.

Participants will learn how to help young children up to age 6 manage their anger and develop self-control. This is based on the "What Do You Do With The Mad I Feel" - a Mister Rogers Neighborhood curriculum

Participants will learn ways to support the development of emotional regulation in young children.
Based on Dr. Becky Bailey's Conscious Discipline model and newest book "Managing Emotional Mayhem",
learn how an adult's response to emotional upset can either foster or inhibit a child's ability to
develop self-regulation. Participants will learn to recognize their own emotional triggers, and how to
help children develop the ability to self-regulate and cope when upset.
